About the Role

Sunlight is seeking a driven sales professional to help grow our network of Residential Home Improvement Contractor partners nationwide. This is a unique inbound sales role where you do not have to spend time prospecting and building a pipeline. Although top performers spend time hunting larger opportunities, our sales engine generates an average of 3 appointments per day allowing for optimal sales efficiency and earning potential. Real inbound leads come from various marketing sources such as SEO, paid ads, social media, and referrals. These prospects are ready to buy – we have the leads; we need closers who can handle the volume.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Contact inbound leads and discuss finance options (up to 40 calls per day).
  • Follow a systematic sales system to identify contractor needs and provide tailored solutions via virtual demos.
  • Sell prospects on Sunlight's systems, products, and platform.
  • Leverage Salesforce automation to track, pitch, and close prospects efficiently.
  • Maintain minimum demo, pitch, and activation rates.
  • Be highly responsive and provide excellent support to contractor partners.

What You Will Need

  • Minimum 5+ years of telephone sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong web-based presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • A winning, results-driven attitude and desire to succeed.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the home improvement space preferred but not required – we will teach the business to the right candidate.
  • Earning Potential : This is an uncapped compensation plan. High performers regularly exceed $175,000+ annually through large activations and high-volume accounts.

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $135,000-150,000 annually.
