Job descriptionLeverage software imaging and deployment tools (SCCM and Jamf) to install / update OS and applications on Windows and Mac computers. Document the maintenance conducted on hardware and software in the ticket tracking system (ServiceNow). Provides technical support for audio / video and other specialized hardware as needed (e.g. Computers and audio / video systems in classrooms, conference rooms, and event venues, etc.) Perform other related duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience; or a high school or GED and six years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Data Entry / Ten Key, Form Letter. Time management and Productivity, Problem-solving and Critical thinking, Teamwork and Collaboration, Communication skills and Adaptability and Flexibility.
