Head of Growth & Partnerships, Undergraduate Programs
We are seeking a leader to own the P&L and full-funnel growth for undergraduate programs. Your efforts will ensure every future graduate gets fair, transparent financing options amid new federal caps. You’ll build the playbook for reaching target schools, converting waitlist demand to funded loans, and establishing Juno as the go-to resource for student financing. This is a team-building role—start by doing the work yourself, prove the model, then build and lead the team you need to scale.
What you’ll do
- Own the Undergraduate P&L : Build and execute GTM strategy, hit growth targets, and drive Juno member growth
Scale distribution through partnerships :
Negotiate distribution with key organizations that can help us reach college students and their parentsWork with high schools to present Juno’s educational webinars and wait list to graduating seniorsBuild relationships with financial aid offices at target schoolsBuild a campus ambassador network : Recruit, train, and manage high-performing students across key programs with clear KPIs and incentivesExecute multi-channel growth :
Partner with test prep companies and the admissions ecosystemRun targeted campaigns aligned to application cyclesDevelop content and webinars for key decision momentsOptimize the full funnel : Own conversion from when a prospective student joins Juno’s waitlist to their first funded loan—landing pages, lifecycle marketing, A / B testing, and attribution modelingDrive cross-functional initiatives : Partner with product on feature development, lender relations on competitive rates, and compliance on messagingManage operations and analytics : Forecast pipeline, track cohort performance, optimize CAC / LTV, and manage budget allocationWhat We’re Looking For
Background : Typically 3–5+ years or an outlier track record (e.g., you scaled a campus network, ran national org programming, built a zero-to-one motion)Preference for experience in professional services, management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startupsPreference for an Owner-operator who has owned a number in growth / BD / marketplaces / fintech / edtech or campus-scale programsExceptional writing & communication : you can craft compliant, persuasive copy for students, deans, and national orgsBias to action : ship experiments frequently; instrument attribution; close loops with lender relations & complianceTenacity : we work as hard as it takes to achieve our targetsThe X-Factor

Compensation : $150k–$250k, including performance upside tied to growth milestones. Top performers will exceed this range.
