Operations Coordinator
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to leadership teams across clinical sites. This role ensures smooth day-to-day administrative functions, supports project tracking, maintains documentation, and assists in the coordination of operational initiatives.

Minimum Education : High School Diploma or equivalent (higher degree accepted)
Preferred Education : Associates Degree (higher degree accepted) in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Minimum Experience : 2 years in administrative support, preferably in health or public sector
Preferred Experience : Supporting senior leadership, managing documentation, and coordinating cross-functional projects
