Managed Services Operations Manager

The Managed Services Operations Manager will be responsible for driving the operational readiness, governance, and delivery enablement of Vizrt's Managed Services portfolio. This role ensures that Vizrt can consistently design, deliver, and scale Managed Services offerings globally by aligning internal workflows, pricing structures, delivery partnerships, and technical enablers. The role works across Global Services, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support to ensure managed services contracts and engagements are effectively structured, executed, and monitored.
