Field Service Mechanic (Remote)

Transdev in Lansing, Michigan is seeking an experienced A-Level Mechanic to bolster our team. This role demands expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles and equipment. As a Mechanic, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and longevity for our vehicles.

Company paid ASE testing, training materials, and tool reimbursement

Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.

Complete preventative maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections.

Mechanic’s Tool Set

~ Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.

Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
