Learn the skills of becoming a concrete precaster and join a trade and career you can be proud of. EZ-CRETE is currently looking to add several solid and reliable team members to our amazing precast concrete production crew.
FIRST AND SECOND SHIFT spots available. Second shift gets a shift differential. 45 Hours a week. Additional OT available as needed.
Job Description Summary
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial concrete products manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing premium quality precast concrete products of the highest quality & standards.
Responsibilities
- Strip and clean concrete forms and products
- Prepare forms for casting
- Mix, test and pour concrete
- Operate machinery including forklift and mixer
- Ability to perform basic carpentry / construction skills on regular basis
- Facility maintenance and housekeeping
- Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
- Mechanical skills are a plus
