Summary of Responsibilities

The renovation technician is responsible for the complete modernization and rehabilitation of existing apartment units on a specified property or set of properties. This role performs all required activities in order to remodel the unit up to specified construction plans as dictated by the renovation supervisor and / or property manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned property.

Primary Responsibilities and Objectives

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field. Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.
