HR Representative

About the Role

As the HR Representative at SurveyMonkey, you will oversee immigration and global mobility programs, ensuring a smooth, compliant experience for our global workforce.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all aspects of SurveyMonkey's immigration program, ensuring full compliance with evolving global immigration laws.
• Manage and improve end-to-end global mobility processes, including international assignments, temporary travel, transfers, and relocations.
• Serve as the primary adviser and point of contact for immigration and relocation needs, collaborating closely with employees, managers, and external counsel.
• Oversee all visa petitions and work permits, working with external counsel to ensure timely and compliant filings.
• Partner with relocation vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for employees, including reviewing and processing vendor invoices and managing program budgets.
• Track and report on mobility program metrics, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide support to the broader HR team with operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Compensation

The base pay ranges from $61,455 to $72,300 per year, depending on geographic market and full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
