Forklift Operator
Join our team at Modine! We are looking for a 2nd shift forklift driver. Hours are 3 : 00 PM - 1 : 00 AM, Monday - Thursday. Experience is required. We offer health insurance benefits on Day 1. PTO is available after 90 days of employment. In addition, on day one, as a fulltime Modine employee, you will be paid eight (8) hours at your regular straight time hourly rate for each of the following holidays : New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

Position Purpose
The Forklift Operator is responsible for moving crate / coils in and out of the building and transfer to and from Tabler as necessary.
Scope
The Forklift Operator / Material Handler reports directly to the Lead Person and is responsible for the following activities :
Qualifications / Education / Experience
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School diploma or general education degree (GED); entry level, prefer three to nine months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The individual must have the ability to read and understand safety instructions, work instructions, and company policies and procedures; to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions; and to add, subtract, multiply and divide. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Meet, preferably exceed, work objectives provided by Production Supervisor. 2. Meet assigned production schedules to assure that products are shipped on time with due consideration for cost effectiveness and quality adherence. 3. Promote safety and safety accomplishments 4. Ability to work any shift schedule.
