Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of plant equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems, and will be able to swiftly implement solutions to any issues that arise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission components of manufacturing equipment.
• Oversee and ensure the effective functioning of plant equipment, including flat freezers and refrigeration systems.
• Swiftly implement problem-solving solutions as challenges arise.
• Provide leadership and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in managing maintenance operations.
• Ensure excellent communication through both verbal and written skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00 / yr.
