Description :

Emergency Vehicle Group, is a leading provider of high-quality ambulance and fire truck parts, sales, and service. We are looking for individuals with some mechanical aptitude and / or automotive experience, great attention to detail is a plus. This opportunity provides the candidates to grow as they increase in their mechanical skills and receive training and education in upfitting vehicles for emergency responders. Schedule

Full Time-Hourly
Schedule is Monday- Friday 7 : 00 A.M. – 3 : 30 P.M.

Compensation

$20-$24 Depending on experience

Bonus potential after satisfactorily completing initial training period.

Primary Responsibilities

Removal of factory interior and exterior equipment and parts.

Installation of specialized emergency vehicle Lightbars, Emergency lighting, Push Bumpers, Sirens, Controllers, Speakers, Computers, Intercom Systems.

Attention to detail as it relates to job progress and tracking of hours.

Requirements :

Ability to work with hand and power tools such as, screw drivers, wrenches, hand drills, etc.

Capability to bend, twist, reach and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

Aptitude in mechanical, electrical, and electronic components from various sources a plus.

Capacity to work independently and / or in a team environment.
