Location : Bloomington, CA

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 2 : 00 AM - 10 : 30 AM

Compensation : $20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities :

The Dispatcher's responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Identify, review, and approve routes for drivers
• Provide proper communication and direction to drivers as to their daily job and workload, including the start time
• Monitor metrics (KPIs) to maximize productivity
• Review and adjust the routing of pick-ups / deliveries for minimum miles and expenses
• Assign or preplan order pickup or delivery in the system
• Ensure that Drivers are properly trained on ELD devices and technology to maximize utilization and efficiency
• Resolution of any PU / delivery problems while the driver is with the customer
• Monitor pick-up appointments and coordinate with drivers
• Ensure on-time delivery appointments as scheduled
• Create manual orders in the system, as needed
• Maintain proper equipment control, including tractor assignment, trailer assignment, and equipment updating to our computer program
• Ensure the success of the operation
