Shuttle Dispatcher

Pay : $17.50 - $20.50 Job Type : On Call Location : Perris, CA Shift & Schedule : Flex shifts depending on openings

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist drivers over the radio call.
• Detailed data entry on Microsoft Excel.
• Respond to safety emergencies efficiently.
• Direct the day-to-day route operations of transit drivers.
• Keep compliance with the procedures defined by the client and in conformance with company procedures.
• Daily communication and interaction with drivers and Clients Centers coordinators.
• Organize and conduct activities to assure safe, cost-effective, and on-time operating performance by all drivers.
• Receive, transmit, and track messages from the drivers and from the Client.
• Address problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Use radio communication, answer phone calls from the client, set up tablets for drivers, and use computer to send messages to drivers and clients.
• Read google maps for driver directions and locations.
• Direct the activities of the frontline staff.
• Additional duties as assigned.
