Role Overview

We’re seeking an exceptional Care Coordinator with a polished, professional presence and a vibrant energy that inspires confidence in our clients. As the face of our practice, you’ll manage leads, facilitate consultations, and drive sales in our concierge VIP environment, ensuring every interaction reflects the unparalleled quality of Dr. Alsubaie’s cosmetic work. This role requires in-person presence during Dr. Alsubaie’s clinic days to provide hands-on support, with the flexibility to work from home on non-clinic days.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture leads through the sales pipeline with warmth and professionalism.
• Coordinate and conduct consultations, delivering a seamless, high-touch VIP experience.
• Execute sales strategies by showcasing the transformative value of our services.
• Build authentic, lasting relationships with clients through empathetic and engaging communication.
