Job description

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate and implement research and analysis of business opportunities aligned with strategic plans

Establish and lead relationships with current and potential customers to drive business growth

Lead market assessments and develop new business opportunities, including negotiations and closing deals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics; Master's degree is desirable

Fifteen (15) plus years of experience in business development, program management, or strategic planning

Seven (7) plus years of experience in Facility Management with contracts valued over $100,000,000

Proven record of successfully growing a business and managing customer relationships

Demonstrated networking capabilities and knowledge of the competitive landscape
