We are expanding throughout Central IL, and looking for motivated entrepreneurs to join the Farmers Insurance team!
As a full-time Agency Owner you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their insurance plans for their futures.
We offer award-winning training through the University of Farmers, unlimited income potential, and the opportunity to pass on your legacy to your family! Choose your path of start-up through our retail program, mentorship through our Protege Program or even buy through our Acquisition opportunity.
We support our agents, and beginning your journey you will receive a $5K signing bonus, monthly marketing stipend of $500, up to 300% monthly bonus on all commissions, $6K for exterior branding, and much more!
Responsibilities :
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must possess or be willing to obtain Property / Casualty and Life / Health Licenses
