Overview
Specialist, Integrated Marketing at Tractor Supply Company . The Marketing Specialist will support the development & implementation of the Go-To-Market plans and aid in creation, testing & optimization of the Content Curriculum. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Content, driving day-to-day execution of the Content Strategy. The Specialist will coordinate with multiple channel leads including social, digital & broadcast media, email, loyalty, and website. This role will help track and communicate timelines to ensure campaigns and projects are completed on schedule. This role is also a contact for external partners and vendors, helping to facilitate feedback and manage workflow. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams including Merchandising and Events and maintaining a Marketing Planning Calendar.

Required Qualifications
Experience : 3-4 years' marketing or agency experience preferred.
Education : Bachelor's degree in related field. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
