About the Role

We’re looking for a founding Enterprise Implementation leader to join our early team and help build the foundation for how we onboard and support customers. From the moment a deal closes, you’ll own the customer journey — designing onboarding experiences, configuring solutions, and ensuring our product drives immediate value. You’ll work side‑by‑side with customers to understand their workflows, translate needs into product setups, and guide them through successful adoption. Collate is a fully in‑person company based in San Francisco.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Full‑Cycle Implementations – Drive implementations from kickoff to go‑live, including scoping, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Customer & Stakeholder Management – Serve as the primary liaison for clients, understanding complex scientific and regulatory workflows and ensuring their successful lift‑off.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work hand‑in‑hand with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to define deliverables, manage scope, address technical challenges, and adapt solutions for regulated environments.
• Project Planning & Execution – Develop and manage detailed project plans, maintain schedules, track milestones, manage risks and issue escalation to ensure punctual, high‑quality delivery.
• Product Feedback & Process Improvement – Capture customer insights to inform product enhancements; contribute to refining internal implementation methodologies, templates, and tools to scale operations efficiently.
