Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to schedule appointments

Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the computer systems

Communicate the value and benefits of services offered while ensuring patient privacy compliance

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous sales or telemarketing experience preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Teams and Outlook, preferred
