Job Description
Assist in planning and managing construction project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Support the preparation of project documentation, including contracts and reports.
Identify and address potential project risks or issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on all project sites.
Foster strong communication and collaboration among project team members.
Track project milestones to ensure timely completion and delivery.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have :
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.

Base salary ranging from $85,000 to $150,000 annually.
Performance-based project bonuses of $2,000-$5,000 for timely project completion.
