Responsibilities

• Plans processes and sequence of the operation to complete plating with the following processes : Anodize Type I, II, III; Class I, Class II; Hard Anodize.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches or specifications to set the voltage and amperage required.
• Dips metallic parts into acid tanks to clean parts and into finishing tanks while monitoring parts.
• Performs visual inspection of plated parts and uses inspection tools to ensure uniform plating on all surface areas.
• Racks parts before and after plating.
• Logs data into computer for completed parts and processes.
• Adheres to safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Itar Requirement

Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
