Title : Assembler

Location : Pomona, CA

Shift : 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm (Mon- Fri) | Pay : 20 / hr.

Job Summary

The Assembler I, under general supervision, is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and supporting manufacturing equipment and processes. This role includes performing assembly, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks to ensure production efficiency and product quality in compliance with QSR and company standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup and adjustment for assembly, packaging, and preparation operations per approved documentation.
• Execute line clearance, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
• Assemble, repair, inspect, and test products following written or verbal instructions.
• Assist Engineering and Maintenance teams with troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
• Complete and maintain documentation for manufactured products and equipment.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous waste materials according to safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, OEE).
• Support new equipment installation, validation, and process improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis and assist with implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with QSR, FDA, and company quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Maintenance, QC, and Management).
• Exhibit professional conduct with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment with company values and policies.
• Perform duties in compliance with established business procedures and safety standards.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned to support changing business needs.
• Will use masterflex- set it up and give volume to fill. Have a guideline to reference.
• Lots of paperwork- basic knowledge of GMP, filling and packaging reagents and Lifting no more than 15 lbs
• On feet all day- Rotating through tasks throughout the day.
