Overview
Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer role at Relevance AI. We’re hiring a Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer focused on pre‑sales (~80%) with light post‑sales handover (~20%). You’ll partner with Account Executives and Enterprise prospects to qualify use cases, lead discovery, design solution architectures, and win the technical decision. You’ll build high‑impact demos and POCs / POVs on our low‑code / no‑code platform (with code where it counts), validate integrations (APIs, auth), and define success criteria, timelines, and ROI. You’ll handle technical evaluations (RFIs / RFPs, security), package reusable assets, and ensure a crisp handoff to post‑sales with clear docs, reference designs, and LOE / SOW inputs.
Location : San Francisco, United States (Hybrid - 3 Days In Office)
