• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the AI organization
• Create partnerships and own relationships with the Leadership Team and their cross-functional partners
• Drive nuanced return on investment and impact frameworks across investment areas
• Own day-to-day operational tasks related to budget management
• Help define and implement scalable financial processes
• Perform strategic and ad-hoc business analysis as requiredMinimum Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics
• BA / BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent
• Experience across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting
• Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and experience multi-tasking in a dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications
• Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company
• Experience in data analytics, developing code, and / or forecasting (SQL, Python, R)
