The Contract Analyst will be responsible for managing contract lifecycles and supporting cost analysis across multiple projects. This Contract Analyst will ensure contracts are not only compliant but also cost-effective and aligned with project budgets. The Contract Analyst will be fully onsite in Sumner County, TN.
Salary up to $65,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities of the Contract Analyst :
- Review, draft, and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, and amendments
- Analyze contract terms to identify financial risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with estimators and project managers to align contract scope with budget forecasts
- Track and report on contract-related costs, including change orders, claims, and variations
- Support cost control efforts by monitoring actual vs. projected expenditures
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal standards
