Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential candidates to introduce MLR's exciting opportunities and assess their interest
  • Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
  • Follow up with leads, maintaining their enthusiasm and assisting in their hiring journey
  • Ensure accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
  • Earn commissions based on meetings you schedule, interviews you facilitate, and successful hires stemming from your leads
