We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to lead our Health & Wellness team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. As the Health and Wellness Director, you'll oversee clinical operations, provide ongoing health monitoring, and supervise caregivers and medication staff to ensure compliance, safety, and quality of care for our residents.
Key responsibilities include :
- Oversee and support the delivery of high-quality care to residents
- Monitor resident health status and implement appropriate care interventions
- Supervise and support Caregivers and Medication Aides to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical best practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident wellness
- Play a key role in resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing evaluations
- Support a positive, person-centered care environment

Requirements :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferredActive RN or LPN license in good standingMinimum of 3 years of progressive nurse management experience in Assisted LivingExperience working with dementia and Alzheimer's residents requiredBackground in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or Multi-level care facilities preferredEqual Opportunity Employer
