Job descriptionHIGH Priority PROD / Non-PROD Ticket Support Weekend Support as per requirement from the customer Change Management Schedule jobs in Mainframe or Distributed Environments Consultation to Users / other support team / L2 Team Creating JCL and troubleshoot issues with slow response or pertaining to jobs Script changes
Required Skills :
- Technical Sound on Tivoli alerts and Mainframe systems
- Troubleshoot and provide advice on Schedule jobs failure etc.
- Experience in Performance Tuning, Slowness of the scheduled jobs, deep analysis in handling failure, RFB etc.
- Knowledge of relational databases, NO SQL Database will be added advantage
- Good communication skill and experience to handle P1 / P2 outages.
- Good in Shell script / Python
- Technical Skillset : IBM Mainframe CPU System, MVS / ESAUnix / Red Hat LinuxTSP / ISPF, TCP / IP, SDSFACF / VTAM, FIIeaidTSO / ISPF Correction
