Senior Manager Director Project Control

This Senior Manager Director role offers a unique opportunity to lead and transform the project control function within Oracle's Data Center Infrastructure Delivery Engineering team. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on the successful execution of data center projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. With a focus on people leadership, executive engagement, and process optimization, the Senior Manager of Project Control will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and contributing to Oracle's cloud infrastructure.

Requirements include :

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in program / project management, with a strong emphasis on project control, risk management, and operational excellence
  • Proven track record in leading and managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably in the data center or infrastructure industry
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skill, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis techniques
  • Experience in developing and implementing project control processes, risk management frameworks, and performance reporting systems
  • Knowledge of data center construction and operations is highly desirable
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US : Hiring Range in USD from : $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
