Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Communication
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Handle regular tenant communications
Tenant & Vendor Relations
Support tenant and building management activitiesCoordinate vendor services and ensure timely paymentsAdministrative & Special Projects
Organize and maintain digital and physical filesEnter dataEnsure office is properly suppliedSupport team with research projects and property-related initiativesQualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Previous experience in professional environmentBasic Bookkeeping skills required, including A / R & A / PExperience with property management software is a plus
