Submission Requirements
- Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission
- 2 years minimum of current Endoscopy Technician experience - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR client, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- No License Hits - REQUIRED
- CRCST - REQUIRED
- Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
- PLEASE NOTE, BANNER HAS VERY SPECIFIC BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS THAT MUST BE ADHERED AND ATTESTED TO. PLEASE LOOK AT THE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS IMMEDIATELY
