Job descriptionCompetitive pay starting at $30 per session Flexible part-time or full-time schedule Career growth opportunities to Master Trainer or Management roles No high-pressure sales — just train and inspire clients Recertification discounts & ongoing education support Team meetings & continuing development Recognition programs and advancement opportunities Provide in-home and on-location fitness training to clients Create personalized workout plans using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App Teach proper form, technique, and safe exercise habits Motivate clients to achieve long-term health and fitness goals Track progress and conduct reassessments to measure results Manage your schedule and sessions through our mobile app Travel to clients across Annapolis and nearby areas using your own vehicle Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) CPR / AED certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Knowledge of exercise science and nutrition Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to work flexible hours and travel locally
