Job description
A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering, Product, & Design (EPD).
Key Responsibilities
Provide visionary leadership to align technology and product trends with company success
Develop and execute the technology and product strategy to support growth and modernization
Oversee hiring, performance, and budgets for the EPD team
Required Qualifications
12+ years in progressive technology roles, including 5+ years in senior leadership within high-growth organizations
Experience leading engineering teams of 30+ in distributed environments
Proven success in modernizing platforms and leveraging cloud technologies
Hands-on experience with systematic refactoring and platform rebuilds
Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and establish KPIs for accountability
