Brattleboro Family Medicine is seeking a diligent and passionate full-time Staff MD for our outpatient clinic team starting Fall 2025. Job Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care in family medicine or internal medicine to adult and pediatric patients.
• Manage an average daily patient load of 14 in a clinic setting.
• Complete administrative duties including charting, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in an on-call phone rotation (1 : 11) to support patient care after hours.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care.
• Maintain necessary certifications and licenses for clinical practice.
• Contribute to succession planning efforts for the practice's long-term stability.
• Must be able to start by Fall 2025.
• Note : Not open to candidates who commute more than 1 hour or plan to work this job in conjunction with another position.
