A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to provide assistance to members and providers regarding programs, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services
Resolve customer administrative concerns and assist in claim resolutions as the first line of contact
Document customer interactions and provide information regarding in-network and out-of-network reimbursement rates
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
No prior experience necessary
Must be eligible to work in the United States without a work visa
Flexible in scheduling and comfortable with change
Proficient typing skills (average 35+ WPM) and ability to navigate various computer platforms
