We’re currently looking for a Reliability Engineer 2 to join our team in Stanfield, Arizona.
This role will be responsible for conducting a wide range of vehicle testing from planning stage to completion at Nissan’s Arizona Test Center.
Job functions Include but are not limited to :
- Test planning and estimation of necessary resources
- Work with technicians to conduct a wide variety of Reliability & Durability testing at the proving ground or on public roads
- Perform root cause analysis of detected concerns
- Develop countermeasures through collaboration with Design and Manufacturing teams
- Report test status and concern investigations to Director level and above
- Inspect vehicles at manufacturing plants during prototype build events
- Create and update test standards based on market correlation, customer usage / expectation trends, and benchmarking
- Target setting for future vehicles based on data analysis and market investigations
- Evaluate digital prototypes with CAD software
- Domestic and international travel (up to 25% of the time) may be required to complete the job functions above
Minimum Qualifications :
- BS in related engineering field
- Minimum of 1 year professional-level experience in related engineering discipline.
