Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Cortland, New York. The role involves providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, administering medication, and supporting patients in their rehabilitation and wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license and CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in patient assessment and care planning
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of electronic health records systems
• Experience in geriatric care is a plus
• Associate's degree in Nursing or related field
