Responsible for overseeing care of patients in the office. Serve an an integral part of care team.  Perform assignments to assist the physician / physician assistant with rooming of patients  procedures, ancillary testing , phlebotomy, chart review, dressing of wounds under the supervision of Registered Nurse and with the scope of practice.

Other Duties also include :

Patient Triage

Scheduling of patient appointments and procedures

Orientation and training of new staff members

Follow up on testing results

Chart review

Phlebotomy

Office organization - stocking rooms, equipment / scope cleaning

Work in a positive and cooperative manner with fellow employees
