We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Telephone Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and professional customer support. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on behalf of our clients.

As a remote team member, you must be comfortable working independently, demonstrating reliability and excellent communication skills. You will need to adapt quickly to varying client needs and call volumes while adhering to company policies and procedures.
