Responsibilities :
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
Conduct site visits to assess project needs
Prepare and deliver detailed estimates to clients
Close sales and drive revenue growth
Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with the project management team for successful project execution
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales and estimating within the commercial and industrial roofing industry
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform detailed site visits and prepare precise estimates
Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Experience in the Baltimore, MD area is a plus
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred
