We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent role and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects.

The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in construction management, specifically with experience in interior remodel, fire loss, remediation, and / or restoration with Mutli-Family Projects.

Responsibilities :

As a Construction Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will be :

1. Overseeing all stages of the project life cycle and ensuring completion within the agreed time and budget.

2. Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.

3. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.

4. Overseeing the selection of subcontractors and workers, and providing guidance and training to junior staff.

5. Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards.

6. Preparing and presenting project proposals, reports, and findings to senior management and clients.

7. Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

8. Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

9. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Qualifications :

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in interior remodeling, fire loss, remediation, and restoration.

2. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.

3. Proven experience in project management and team management.

4. Excellent knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.

5. Strong leadership and management skills.

6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

7. Proficiency in construction management software packages.

8. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

9. Understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.

10. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.

11. Good knowledge of MS Office.

12. Familiarity with construction and project management software.

13. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
