Qualifications
5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience (restaurant, caf, or hospitality; polished fast casual or full-service preferred). Proven success leading high-volume operations and developing managers into senior leaders. Strong financial acumen with a track record of delivering both margin and top-line growth. Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and influencing skills; leads through empowerment, not micromanagement. Hands-on, visible leader who thrives in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
Working Conditions / Essential Functions
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as respond to emergencies as required. Ability to work 10+ hour shifts, stand, sit, walk, squat, or climb stairs for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform other physical tasks typical of a fast-paced caf environment.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (B.S. or A.S. preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with UltiPro (UKG), Toast POS, and CrunchTime / TeamworX systems. Current ServSafe, Allergen, and ChokeSaver certifications.
