Trane in Charleston, SC is hiring a Turnkey Site Superintendent! The Turnkey Site Superintendent is responsible for assisting the Construction Project Manager to assure that the projects are completed and maintain the standard of excellence established by the company and customer. Certain tasks will be assigned by the Assistant Construction Project Manager to take the lead on with little oversight. Along with working with the Construction Project Manager, this role will be given opportunity to execute selected projects including managing financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction. The Project Superintendent will ensure that quality standards are maintained across all tasks and projects.

Where is the work :

This position has been designated as Remote within the Southeast geography, and work will be performed out of the North Charleston, South Carolina sales office.

Compensation :

Base Pay Range : $60,000 - $100,000 / annually. This position is also overtime eligible. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, and geographic location where the work is performed.
