Strategic Partnership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior GTM executives (SVP-Director level) on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and team health.
• Drive alignment between business strategy and people strategy, ensuring teams are structured, resourced, and enabled for success.
• Partner with business leaders to anticipate organizational challenges and proactively design scalable solutions.

Pay Range Transparency

Zone 1 Pay Range : $152,400 – $213,375 USD

Zone 2 Pay Range

$137,200 – $192,025 USD
