Key Responsibilities
Provide professional support to clients and handle inquiries efficiently
Perform account maintenance, resolve Electronic Funds Transfer disputes, and support clients via phone, email, and chat
Review exception reports, recommend corrections, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; equivalent education and experience may be considered
0 to 2 years of experience in online / retail banking or call center preferred
Knowledge of retail banking products and online banking services
Ability to analyze client-related financial information
Experience with data entry and file maintenance in banking systems
