About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Principal Full Stack Engineers to contribute to a cross-functional team building transformative AI agents for HR & Finance. This role is crucial in implementing tooling strategies, staying informed about industry trends, and ensuring our AI-driven solutions integrate effectively within the Workday stack. Your technical contributions and team-first attitude will play a key role in delivering high-impact products that scale our AI capabilities and help global organizations simplify complex business processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver AI-powered agents that integrate deeply into HR and Financial workflows, accelerating intelligent decision making.
• Participate in a supportive, iterative team culture that values curiosity, learning, and strong engineering practices
• Contribute to the growth and success of teammates through knowledge sharing and mentorship
• Take ownership of multiple functional areas in our platform from development to production (you build it, you run it)

Workday Pay Transparency Statement : The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Pay ranges vary based on work location. As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for a bonus plan, role-specific commission / bonus, and stock grants. Compensation offers are based on geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need. For more information regarding Workdays comprehensive benefits, please contact a recruiter. Primary Location : USA.CA.Pleasanton; Primary Location Base Pay Range : $201,600 USD - $302,400 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range : $170,200 USD - $302,400 USD. Additional Considerations : In Colorado, the pay range is $179,200 - $268,800 USD. The application deadline for this role is 10 / 31 / 2025.
