We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Junior Account Representative to support our client relations and project coordination efforts. You will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely deliverables, and overall satisfaction. Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts

Communicate client needs to internal departments clearly and efficiently

Assist in the development of project timelines and manage deadlines

Support senior account representatives in strategic planning and execution

Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and urgency

Provide bilingual support in both English and Spanish for client communication

Assist in compiling client reports and presentations

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Bilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

1-2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
