A company is looking for a Customer Service Advisor I to assist customers with their insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding insurance policy assistance
Process payments, endorsements, and general inquiries related to insurance policies
Contact customers to retain business and follow up on outstanding policy requirements
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry
Possession of a Texas (General Lines) Property & Casualty license is preferred
Experience working within insurance is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools and platforms
