Resource Specialist

A company is looking for a Resource Specialist, International.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with project leads and business line leaders to understand staffing needs

Forecast resources to support a cross-team staffing strategy and manage the active Contingent Worker pool

Analyze data to develop reports on resource needs and utilization, presenting findings in leadership meetings

Required Qualifications

3-5 years' experience in resource management, staffing, or a related field; consulting experience preferred

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel; familiarity with Workday and Salesforce

Exhibits business acumen with a basic understanding of financial metrics

Ability to work independently and within a team environment
